Wellbeing and EDI Form

Getting support is just a first step and does not initiate a formal process – the choice for this will always remain with you and our EDI officer can talk you through your reporting options.

When reporting anonymously, we will not ask you for any personal identifiable details. We will not be able to offer direct advice or support or begin any kind of official process.

Any information you provide will remain private and confidential unless we believe there is serious safety or welfare concern.

This form is a method of signposting to the services provided at the University of Nottingham. This is not a crisis helpline, nor a counselling service.

If you are suffering from suicidal thoughts, this is not a hotline. Please contact a suicide prevention hotline.
